An Evening of Indigenous Prayer, Sacred Songs & Community
Join the Pey Kãwã family of the Huni Kuin people from the Brazilian Amazon for an intimate evening of traditional songs, shared prayer and ancestral wisdom.
Rather than a performance or workshop, this gathering is a living cultural experience where participants are invited to listen, sing, learn and connect directly with one of the Amazon’s living Indigenous traditions.
Whether you are joining for the first time or returning to continue your relationship with these teachings, the evening is held with authenticity, simplicity and deep respect for the Huni Kuin lineage.
Evening Schedule
5:00 PM – Hãpaya (Optional)
Available by prior registration for those who wish to begin the evening with this traditional offering.
6:00 PM – Huni Kuin Sacred Songs
Traditional chants shared by the Pey Kãwã family, with opportunities to learn meanings, melodies and cultural context.
7:00 PM – Sacred Rapé Circle
A guided Rapé circle accompanied by prayer, silence and traditional songs.
9:30 PM – Community Tea & Integration
Time for conversation, questions, cultural sharing and gentle integration together.
Closing around 10:00 PM.
