Ancestral Sweat Lodge Ceremony

This Women’s Temazcal is a sacred and intimate ceremonial space dedicated to healing, purification, and deep reconnection with the body, the Earth, and the feminine lineage.

Guided by Marcela, this ceremony invites participants to enter the womb of Mother Earth, release physical, emotional, and energetic layers, listen to the wisdom of the body, and share within a held and supportive circle.

The temazcal is an ancestral Mesoamerican practice that works through heat, steam, prayer, and song, supporting processes of cleansing, renewal, and inner alignment.

Open to women of all ages and backgrounds. No previous experience is required.
