About the Event
Join us for a rare and deeply resonant gathering at Yura Tulum with Shavorã, a powerful duo rooted in ancestral voice traditions and cultural sound. This experience brings together traditional chanting (Saitis / sacred voice practices) with a Rapé Circle, guiding participants into grounded presence, open listening, and community resonance.
Shavorã’s music embodies deep emotional authenticity, drawing from indigenous roots and world traditions. Their work — including the EP Raízes e Asas – Volume 1 — is described as a sonic experience where each track becomes a rite, each sound a connection to the earth and ancestral spirit.
This special evening is an invitation to:
experience sacred chants led by Shavorã
connect through sound, breath, and presence
be held in a Rapé Circle — a traditional plant medicine ritual that invites clarity, grounding, and intentional connection
enter into community resonance and collective listening
Whether it’s your first time with these practices or you have been on a long path of sound and ceremony, this event offers a supportive space for reflection, presence, and soulful expression.

About Shavorã
Shavorã is a musical and ancestral movement that weaves emotion, tradition, and authentic presence into every performance. The name Shavorã means “woman” in the Yawanawá language, and the project carries the spirit of ancestral feminine wisdom, cultural expression, and soulful sound.
Their music is both heard and felt, inviting listeners to open space within and around them, creating connection through voice — not just as performance, but as living expression.
Experience Shavorã at Yura Tulum March 17th at 5:30 PM — a night of voice, medicine, and community resonance.
